Savannah, Georgia is quickly becoming one of the most popular destinations for Bachelorette parties. Seriously, I feel like every other day, I’m either hearing about someone who is going on a Bachelorette party there, or I’m seeing other partygoers photos on Instagram. Savannah, GA is one of the most fun cities I have ever been to! It has SO much history, great bars, and tons of character. Before this most recent trip, I had only been to Savannah one time previously in college. I couldn’t wait to get back and celebrate our bride-to-be, Amanda!
Thursday
When we first got into town on Thursday night, we ate dinner at a delicious restaurant called Garibaldi’s Cafe that was to die for. Not only is this restaurant highly recommended on multiple “Best Savannah Restaurant” websites, but our Uber driver couldn’t stop ranting and raving about the restaurant on her way to drop us off! Garibaldi’s is well known for their flounder, which looked incredible. I ended up ordering the chicken Parmesan, and it was amazing! I didn’t take any pictures while inside the restaurant because it had been a long day of working and driving, and I was exhausted and starving. But be sure to click the link above and check it out. 10/10 recommend this place if you are visiting Savannah any time soon.
Friday
On Friday morning, we kicked off the day with some mimosas at the house before heading out to explore the city. It happened to be raining in Savannah during the weekend we were there, but that didn’t put a damper on things. We made the most of it and kept the party going by walking around and getting wine slushies from The Georgia Tasting Room and doing some shopping at local boutiques.
After walking around downtown, we headed back to the condo to get ready for dinner. After putting on our matching Bachelorette T-shirts, we were ready to go! We had reservations at Vic’s On The River, which was absolutely delicious and had an incredible view. Seriously, this place was amazing, and had incredible cocktails. If you know me, you already know that I ordered a dirty martini and it was one of the best martinis I’ve had. I would go back to Vic’s in a heartbeat!
From dinner, we went on a Ghost Tour (Haunted Pub Tour of Savannah) which was SUCH a fun experience. Honestly, that’s saying a lot coming from me, who usually can’t deal with any sort of “spooky” activity. I mean, seriously… Halloween and haunted houses are my worst nightmare, so you can imagine how hesitant I was to join in on the ghost tour. The tour ended up being super fun and extremely interesting! Not scary at all. Trust me.
Saturday
On Saturday morning, we woke up (semi) early for some yoga. Amanda’s sisters were able to schedule a private session for only $20 per person. We then went back to the condo to shower and get ready before heading to The Savannah Wine Cellar where we were able to do a wine tasting in a private room. The private room was decorated solely for Amanda, our Bachelorette! We ate a delicious charcuterie board, and tasted some amazinggg wine. The staff was so knowledgeable and I would highly recommend going here for a wine tasting!
After the wine tasting, we went to the Perry Lane Hotel rooftop bar (Peregrin). This was hands down my favorite part of the entire weekend. We sipped on some frose and bottles of prosecco, and took some adorable group photos with an incredible background view of Savannah! If there is one place you visit when you go to Savannah, I would say this is it. Who doesn’t love a rooftop bar?!
And there you have it. A quick little recap of our #SavannahWithManda weekend. If you have any other questions about the places we went or the activities we did, feel free to leave me a comment below. I would be happy to answer any questions I can to help you plan your next Bachelorette trip in Savannah, Georgia!
