It’s been a while since I wrote a life update post. So, here we go!
I am finally getting back into my routine after being home in Connecticut for almost two weeks for Christmas. I had the absolute BEST time while I was at home — I even ended up changing my flight to extend my stay. I just wasn’t ready to go yet!
It’s always hard to leave home. I know I should be used to it by now, since I’ve lived in Charlotte for almost five years. Somehow, saying goodbye to family and friends is still difficult every single time. I know one day I’d like to end up moving back up north, but as of now, I have no idea when that will be.
This past week, the weather in Charlotte has been similar to the weather in Connecticut (which is completely unfair, considering the cold weather was the only thing I was happy about leaving behind). However, joke’s on me. We went from having 70 degree days to 30 degree days REAL quick here in Charlotte. The one plus to this winter weather is that I get to whip out my favorite chunky sweaters, which I typically only wear when it’s super cold outside.
The other night, as I was organizing my closet, I came up with the idea to write this post to include some of my absolute favorite sweaters from this winter season so far.
